At Travel Jim Corbett, we strive to provide you with the best travel experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for our services, including jungle safaris, accommodations, and other tour packages.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation : All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit amount as per the package details.
  • Payment Methods :We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other specified methods.

Cancellation and Refunds

General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before Arrival - Receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations Made Between 15-30 Days Before Arrival - Receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival - No refund will be provided.

Resort Booking Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation - If the booking is cancelled 25 days before the date of arrival.
  • Late Cancellation - 40% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged if cancelled within 15-25 days before arrival.
  • No-Show - 100% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged for no-shows.

Safari Bookings

  • Non-Refundable - Safari bookings are non-refundable once the permit is booked. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed.
  • Weather Cancellations - Safaris may be cancelled on short notice due to weather conditions. No refunds can be claimed in such cases.
  • Monsoon Season Policy - During the monsoon season, the booking window will open only for 7 days. We recommend booking the safari after checking the weather for the same day. Permits are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked. The CTR office may restrict entry to the forest during heavy rain or unforeseen circumstances. Please prioritize your safety and plan accordingly.

Government Forest Rest House (FRH) Night Stay Cancellations

  • Non-Refundable - Once the booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
  • Rate Revisions - In case of any upward revision of rates by the Government, additional charges will be collected from the visitors at the time of entry into the Corbett Tiger Reserve.
  • Booking Confirmation - If we are unable to book your reservation, your advance deposit amount will be refunded to your bank account by cheque or cash.

Modification of Booking

Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. Additional charges may apply.

Special Conditions

  • Fake/Foraged ID Cards - Management reserves the right to cancel or deny entry if any visitor is found using fake or forged ID cards. No refunds will be issued for such bookings. Additionally, offenders may face legal penalties under IPC Section 420/463/468.
  • Damage to Property - Clients must bear the cost of any damage to resort premises.
