Definitions

Company : Refers to TRAVEL JIM CORBETT, including “us,” “we,” and “our.”
Client :Refers to you, the person using our website and services.
Services :Refers to the travel, stay and safari services provided by TRAVEL JIM CORBETT.

Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation - All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit amount as per the package details.
Payment Methods - We accept payments via any mode feasible, whether it be credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other specified methods.
Modification of Booking - Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. Additional charges may apply.

Hotel and Resort Terms

Reservation - Reservations can be done online or at reception, depending on availability.
Check-In and Check-Out - Check-in time is 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for all resorts.
Early Check-In - Subject to availability; we cannot guarantee early check-ins.
Taxes - All government taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of stay. Additional tax amounts will be collected at check-out.
Peak Season Rates - Rates are not valid on New Year, Christmas, public holidays, festivals, or extended weekends. From April 1 to June 30, peak season rates apply.

Cancellation Policy for Resort Booking:

Free cancellation if the booking is cancelled 25 days before the date of arrival.
In case of late cancellation, 40% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged.
In case of a No-Show, 100% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged.

Jeep Safari and Canter Safari Terms:

Once a permit is booked, there are no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges.
Late entries will NOT be adjusted in any other schedule.
Teasing animals is a punishable offence.
Safari bookings are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled.
Safaris may be cancelled on short notice due to weather conditions, and no refunds can be claimed in such cases.
In case of a No-Show at the given time, tickets will be considered cancelled, and no refunds will be provided for that.
A maximum of six people are allotted in a jeep.
If you lose anything during the safari, we are not responsible. Before making the payment, please confirm availability via call/email.
Guests must carry their original government-issued ID cards for entry.
Management reserves the right to cancel/deny entry if any visitor is found using fake/forged ID cards. No refunds will be issued for such bookings. Additionally, under IPC Section 420/463/468, offenders may face a penalty or imprisonment of up to 7 years, or both.

Govt. FRH Night Stay Terms and Conditions:

As per regulations, once the booking is confirmed, the booking amount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
In case of any upward revision of rates by the Government, additional charges will be collected from visitors at the time of entry into Corbett Tiger Reserve.
We deal with a Zone, not any particular Lodge.
If any member extends beyond the listed members in the permit, we are not responsible for the additional person’s entry. You must personally discuss this at the visiting gate with the officers.
In case we are not able to book your reservation, your advance deposit amount will be refundable to your bank account by cheque or cash.

Monsoon Season Advisory

For a safe and enjoyable safari experience, please plan carefully ahead if you are planning to visit during the monsoon season. Permits are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked. For safety reasons, the CTR office may restrict entry to the forest during heavy rain or unforeseen circumstances. Please prioritise your safety and plan accordingly. During the monsoon season, the booking window will open only for 7 days. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we recommend booking the safari after checking the weather for the same day.

Activities and Additional Charges

Jeep Safari and Other Activities - Charges for these activities are not included in the room rates and must be booked separately.
Pet Policy - Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly resorts and on a chargeable basis.
Damage to Property - Clients must bear the cost of any damage to resort premises.
Swimming Pool and Recreational Activities - Guided by the resort manager; additional charges may apply.

Child and Guest Policies

Child Policy

Children below 5 years are complimentary with their parents.
Children between 6-12 years will be charged ____ of the total package cost.

Guest Policy

Extra adults in the same cottage will be charged _____ of the package cost.

Privacy Policy

Personal Information - We collect personal information for providing our services. This information is kept confidential and used only for intended purposes.
Third-Party Sharing - We do not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with explicit consent from the client.
Data Security - We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

Liability and Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities - Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas. Clients must also adhere to park rules and regulations during their stay.
Company Liability - While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Travel Jim Corbett is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the safari. Clients participate at their own risk.
Force Majeure - TRAVEL JIM CORBETT is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
